Meet Ashleigh

Asheigh’s journey into health and fitness began over 10 years ago, with a genuine love for strength and endurance training. A few years ago, while working in a wellness centre, she discovered the transformative power of Pilates. This led her to dive deep into my studies of Matwork and Reformer Pilates, falling in love with its ability to deliver an intense, full-body, low-impact workout. Ashleigh is passionate about helping others experience the benefits of Pilates by building deep core strength, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. She is looking forward to helping you feel more aligned, balanced, and confident as you work together to build your strongest self.
