Founder Felomina discovered Pilates through her own experience with injury and recovery, where movement became a powerful tool for reconnecting with her body. What began as rehabilitation quickly evolved into a lasting passion for reformer Pilates, ultimately inspiring the creation of Contrology Underwood.

She is Our Studio Manager, Instructor, Trainer, and the Powerhouse behind the energy you feel the moment you walk into the studio. She brings the HEAT, the HYPE, and the High Vibes to every Class! With her deep love for fitness and a huge toolbox of knowledge, she is here to bring workouts that are challenging, exciting and seriously fun.

Anne has been practicing Pilates for about six years, and loves it so much that she decided to turn that passion into teaching. For the past five years, she had been instructing across a range of studios and gyms, teaching Mat and Reformer Pilates, along with Stretch and Flow.
