Anu is a Certified Yoga Instructor and have been practising yoga for a few years. Anu teaching style is calm, supportive, and beginner‑friendly, with a focus on mindful movement and creating a safe, grounding space for all levels. Anu likes to encourage participants to move at their own pace and work slowly toward more challenging yoga poses.
