Our story began with our founder, Felomina, whose journey into Pilates started through injury and recovery. What began as rehabilitation quickly became a deep passion, not just for the reformer, but for the way Pilates can transform how you move, feel, and live. That passion is now at the heart of everything we do.

Our New Client INTRO Program is your opportunity to reset, rebuild, and reconnect with your body through 28 days of consistent movement, strength, breath, and real change. Designed to create momentum and build lasting habits, this program helps you establish a routine that supports both your physical and mental wellbeing.
Throughout the 28 days, you’ll experience a variety of classes across our studio spaces, from Reformer Lab to Studio C and Sculpt Red, giving you a well-rounded approach to strength, control, and endurance. With guidance from our experienced instructors, you’ll learn proper technique, improve your movement, and gain confidence in your body with every session.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or simply ready to prioritise yourself again, this program is designed to help you feel stronger, more energised, and more in control, both physically and mentally. You’ll notice improvements in your posture, strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing as you stay consistent and committed.

Not at all! Our classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you through each movement and offer modifications to suit your ability.
Please bring a water bottle and grip socks (required for reformer classes). If you forget, we have a beautiful range available to purchase in studio.
All classes can be booked online via the Book Now button on our website or through our booking app. We recommend booking in advance as spots are limited.
